How do I find my order?
You can find your order details from the order confirmation email. Or If you have signed up at our shop, login to your account and find the details there.
Can I change my order?
You can change the order (e.g. delivery address) as long as the item(s) haven't been shipped yet. Send us a message via online chat or email to notify us!
Please make sure your order status is unshipped before reaching out.

How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on what shipping method you have chosen when you placed the order.
- Economy shipping and In-stock items will take 5-8 business days to arrive.
- Economy shipping and Pre-order items can take anywhere from 14-21 days.
- Standard shipping and In-stock items will take 3-4 business days to arrive.
You can always select available shipping method to get the items faster. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

What if the package is lost, the items are wrong or damaged upon delivery?
If your package is lost, or arrives with wrong items or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Online Chat or Contact. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
We will either exchange the item(s) or issue a refund once we have validated the case.
What is the return/refund policy?
We care about your shopping experience. If there is any reason you are unsatisfied with your items, you can return them within 14 days of receiving the order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns for on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment, usually within 10 business days. Please note that:
- A return shipping fee will apply and be deducted from your total refund.
- Shipping charges paid at checkout for the order are not eligible for a refund.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States only. We are actively exploring international shipping options and hope to expand soon. If you're outside the US and interested in our products, please reach out - we'd love to hear from you.

Are your products authentic Japanese-made ceramics?
Yes with exceptions. Almost every ceramic piece in our collection is made in Japan, sourced directly through our partner Niz Market in Tokyo. We work with established Japanese studios and artisan makers - nothing in our collection is mass-produced overseas. We recently started sourcing potteries in China too. You can find the product origin at each product description.
Some items say "Limited Qty" — what does that mean?
Pieces marked Limited Qty are from small-batch or one-time runs by individual artisans. Once they sell out, we cannot guarantee restocking. If you're drawn to one of these pieces, we recommend not waiting - they tend to go quickly.
Is your tableware microwave safe?
Most of our ceramic pieces are microwave safe, but not recommended. Pieces with gold or metallic accents should never be microwaved. To prevent cracks, avoid the microwave too frequently and extreme temperature jumps (thermal shock). Always check the individual product page for specific guidance, or feel free to contact us if you're unsure.
Is your tableware dishwasher safe?
Most of our pieces are dishwasher safe, but we always recommend hand washing for handmade ceramics to preserve their glaze, color, and finish over time. Heat and harsh detergents can gradually dull the surface of fine pottery. When in doubt, a gentle hand wash with mild soap is the safest choice - and it only takes a moment for something this beautiful.
My two pieces look slightly different from each other. Is that normal?
Absolutely, and it's intentional. Every piece in our collection is handmade, which means slight variations in glaze, color, texture, and form are a natural part of the process. No two pieces will ever be exactly alike. Rather than a flaw, we consider this the signature of genuine craftsmanship - proof that a human hand was involved in making it.
How do I care for my ceramics long-term?

- Initial Soak: Submerge in room-temperature water for 20 minutes before first use to "season" the clay.
- Hand Wash Only: Use a soft sponge and mild soap. Do not use a dishwasher or steel wool.
- Microwave safe but not recommended: To prevent cracks, avoid the microwave too frequently and extreme temperature jumps (thermal shock).
- Stain & Odor Removal: Soak your ceramics in warm water with a little baking soda overnight. For stubborn marks, mix baking soda into a paste and gently rub the area with a soft cloth. Never scrub too hard.
- Safe Stacking: Place a soft cloth or felt between pieces when stacking to protect the glazes.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
We don't currently offer additional gift wrapping, but some of the items come with a gift box in the original packaging which can be found in our Gifts section. If you're sending a gift directly to the recipient, you're welcome to add a note at checkout and we'll include it with the order.
Can I include a personal message with my order?
Yes - please leave your message in the order notes at checkout and we'll make sure it's included.
