How do I find my order?

You can find your order details from the order confirmation email. Or If you have signed up at our shop, login to your account and find the details there.

Can I change my order?

You can change the order (e.g. delivery address) as long as the item(s) haven't been shipped yet. Send us a message via online chat or email to notify us!

Please make sure your order status is unshipped before reaching out.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order as long as the item(s) haven't been shipped yet. Send us a message via online chat or email to notify us!

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on what shipping method you have chosen when you placed the order.

  • Economy shipping and In-stock items will take 5-8 business days to arrive.
  • Economy shipping and Pre-order items can take anywhere from 14-21 days.
  • Standard shipping and In-stock items will take 3-4 business days to arrive.

You can always select available shipping method to get the items faster. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

What if the package is lost, the items are wrong or damaged upon delivery?

If your package is lost, or arrives with wrong items or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Online Chat or Contact. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

We will either exchange the item(s) or issue a refund once we have validated the case. 

What is the return/refund policy?

We care about your shopping experience. If there is any reason you are unsatisfied with your items, you can return them within 14 days of receiving the order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns for on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment, usually within 10 business days. Please note that:

  • A return shipping fee will apply and be deducted from your total refund.
  • Shipping charges paid at checkout for the order are not eligible for a refund.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
