Processing Time

In-stock items are processed within 1–3 business days and Pre-order items are processed within 1-2 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times for In-stock items:

• Economy Shipping (US Domestic): 5–8 business days
• Standard Shipping (US Domestic): 3–4 business days

Pre-order items will be delivered anywhere from 14-21 days.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, depending on the destination and service selected.

Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Online Chat or Contact. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
