- Initial Soak: Submerge in room-temperature water for 20 minutes before first use to "season" the clay.
- Hand Wash Only: Use a soft sponge and mild soap. Do not use a dishwasher or steel wool.
- Microwave-safe, but not recommended: To prevent cracks, avoid the microwave too frequently and extreme temperature jumps (thermal shock).
- Stain & Odor Removal: Soak your ceramics in warm water with a little baking soda overnight. For stubborn marks, mix baking soda into a paste and gently rub the area with a soft cloth. Never scrub too hard.
- Safe Stacking: Place a soft cloth or felt between pieces when stacking to protect the glazes.
